STUDIO OWNER; REFORMER & MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

“I come to Pilates with a deep respect for the body and how it moves. My teaching is anatomically focused, intentional, and rooted in smart, sustainable movement. I believe that when you move with awareness, everything changes—physically, mentally, and energetically.

At the same time, I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart. Building something from the ground up, bringing people together, and creating experiences that feel thoughtful and elevated—that’s always been part of my path.

Soundbody Hamptons is where those two passions meet. I opened this studio to be more than just a place to work out. I wanted it to feel like a true third space in Westhampton Beach—a space for connection, presence, and joy. A space where people feel better just walking through the door.”

“I have been practicing pilates for 5 years and received my comprehensive pilates certification this year. My passion lies in helping others become the strongest, most confident version of themselves. Whether you’re just beginning your Pilates journey or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to create a space where you feel empowered, seen, and challenged in all the right ways.”

    REFORMER & MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

“After becoming extremely sick two years ago, I lost all muscle and couldn’t maintain the lifestyle I was previously living. I began low impact exercises to slowly build up the muscle I lost, attending Pilates classes and bringing back how to really focus on the breath throughout movements. I became inspired by not only the changes I was seeing, but the changes I was feeling physically AND mentally. I didn’t just start to feel like myself again, but I started to feel like a better version of myself. I simply could not get enough - feeling so connected to my mind and body with the way I move, I knew I had found a practice that would change my life. Pilates has changed my life; I believe in it. I believe in a flow that aligns and connects with your body and breath. I believe in good and high energy to encourage you to keep aligning when you begin to feel the muscles working. I believe in movement as medicine, because it has transformed me mentally and physically and continues to do so every day.”

  • Karyn

    MAT STRENGTH INSTRUCTOR

“Fitness has always served as my anchor, a source of strength and connection through all of life’s twists and turns. It’s where I’ve felt most like myself—or what I have used to find my way back to myself. Now, I’m turning that passion into purpose as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Integrated Fitness Advisor.

Growing up, I was always the one to take home the gym award—not for being the fastest or strongest, but for showing up, giving it my all, and encouraging others to do the same. I learned the power of perseverance and consistency as a high school athlete and have continued to embrace fitness throughout my life. Whether running half marathons in New York and Iceland, tackling the Spartan Race at CitiField, paddling as hard as I possibly could during Paddle for Pink in Sag Harbor or participating in almost every possible type of workout class imaginable, along the way, I discovered how transformative fitness can be—not just for my body but also for my mind.

Whether you’re looking to feel stronger, establish new habits, or simply try something different, I’d be honored to be part of your fitness journey.”
