Our cancellation policy asks that members cancel 12 hours prior to class. Any missed class or late cancel will forfeit the class credit. No-shows and late cancels will be charged a good neighbor fee, because your spot could have been filled by someone else who was on the waitlist. Of course, we are all human and emergencies happen, and you are welcome to email or call us during regular business hours if you missed a class. We do not offer refunds, as stated on the agreement all clients sign when signing up.

Please always use kind language with our team and follow the golden rule: treat others how you’d like to be treated.

Grip socks are required for all classes.

If you don’t have a pair of grip socks yet, no worries! We have them available for sale in the studio. Grip socks are required for your safety and to help you get the most out of class.

Infrared + Mat Classes: You may bring your own mat or rent one of ours for $5. If you bring your own water, our water refill station is available, but if not, water bottles and other drinks are available for sale.

Studio Etiquette

Treat others how you wish to be treated. This is a sacred place, built on supportive energy.

Treat our space like it is your space (it was made thoughtfully, with you in mind!)

Your instructor has designed your class with intention, heart, and soul. Please show up and offer the same in return. 

Stay healthy- please wipe down everything you remember touching after class. If you're unwell, please refrain from coming in until you're feeling better.

Coming In For Class

Classes start and end on time to protect the flow of the studio and respect everybody’s time. 

arriving on time allows you to pick a spot that you like in the studio.

This is for your safety and the wellbeing of everybody in class, including your session leader, arrivals more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to join class, but may reschedule. Private sessions have a 10 minute grace period.

Our only entrance is in the front of the building, between Lynne’s Cards & Gifts and M&T Bank.

Please budget time into your travel for parking on Main Street or in the municipal lots across the street and behind the studio. 

Policies

Booking window for all packages and drop-ins is 7 days. Autopay memberships have a 14 day booking window.

Dress for your comfort and safety- grip socks are required for classes. If you forget yours, you may purchase a pair.

Leave your shoes at the door and turn your phone to silent or vibrate. For your safety, no phones are allowed on machines or in the mat studio.

Expiration on all packages is specified. Anything past date is expired and cannot be redeemed unless specified. Class credit or membership will have to be purchased and registered ahead of time in order to attend class.

Refunds are not available. Tax applies to all purchases.
